 Estimate costs and prepare budgets, Monitoring of monthly
budget against plan and allocating resource as per the budget,
 Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
 Monitor production to resolve issues
 Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
(quality inspectors, workers etc.)
 Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw
materials etc.)
 Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
 Ensure output meets quality standards
 Enforce health and safety precautions & Participation
improvement activities like TPM, Time Study, Implementation of
5s & Kaizen activities in the shop floor.
 Report to upper management & Planning of resources for new
projects
 Running of all production lines and the quality of output. You
will be ultimately responsible for the smooth.
 Execution of the project activities as per the plan.
 We are looking for people who have experience of
smaller/Medium machines (Seed Drill, Rice mill, Rotatory,
Ground nut digger etc.)
